Job Summary: 
Analyst - Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Handle multiple, competing priorities on multiple projects in an effective and efficient manner. • Provide support to billable and administrative staff by creating, proofreading, and editing contracts, reports, databases, and presentations. • Provide accurate, fast data entry: numbers into Excel, text into Word, and bullets and graphs into PowerPoint. • Oversee document management (electronic and print) on cases. Support IT and Team Leaders with downloading files from client sites and other sources. • Perform moderately complex litigation support tasks, including, for example, detailed review and analysis of case materials in a broad range of subject matters, such as financial records, time sheets, inventory of materials, and other litigation files; detailed indexing of case files; conduct database searches; and perform research. Proofread and edit deliverable products. • Coordinate schedules and monitor deadlines and due dates for multiple projects at the same time. Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls that cross time zones with multiple attendees who have changing and sometimes conflicting calendars. • Handle high-level internal and external communications with employees and clients. Manage confidential information on an ongoing basis. • Work independently as well as within a team environment on multiple projects. • Utilize sound judgment to determine urgency of situations and implement the appropriate escalation process. • Communicate with professionals regarding priorities for each day, the status of larger work projects/tasks, and identify what may be coming to help manage workflow. Requirements or Qualifications: 
Minimum Position Requirements: • Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate and 1-3 years of legal support required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Strong communication skills (oral and written). Excellent English language skills, written and verbal are essential to success in this role. Ability to read and/or speak Spanish a plus. • Strong ability to set goals, multi-task and prioritize workload in an autonomous, results-oriented environment. Take initiative and demonstrate accountability. • Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions. • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Adobe Professional, other web-based applications, and/or document management programs is helpful. • Occasionally will need to work hours outside of a typical Mon. – Fri. workweek.
