Cynthia L. Patterson, ACP

As an account manager for Jones Lang LaSalle and working full time at our client Owens Corning as a real estate manager, Ms. Patterson’s day job is in a corporate real estate setting where she supervises a team of paralegals who manage transactions and contracts in 18 countries. Her passion, however, is for the consulting/training projects that she does for area nonprofits. After completing a Masters in Organizational Leadership in 2010, a classmate and her started DJC Core Consulting; during their “off hours” they have assisted over 25 nonprofits and universities with workshops, strategic planning, governance issues, grant writing, ethics training, volunteer management, succession planning, and more. Not surprisingly, communication issues are frequently at the heart of whatever difficulties are being experienced.
