Denise E. Ash

Denise Ash earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from West Virginia State College in 2006.  She spent 7 years working as a trainer and curriculum developer for a global training company, Productivity Point International.  From 2003-2011, Denise worked as a user support specialist at Robinson & McElwee PLLC. In 2010, she won the International Legal Technology Association’s User Support Champion award. In 2011, Denise accepted a job with Jackson Kelly as their full-time trainer and was recently promoted to Training Manager at Jackson Kelly. Denise served on two panels at the 2013 International Legal Technology Association’s annual conference and served on a panel again in 2014.  Additionally, Denise has delivered webinars and written articles on legal technology during her career.
