Rebecca J. Maxson, ACP

Rebecca J. Maxson has over 20 years of paralegal experience, predominantly in complex litigation, including business, intellectual property, product liability, medical device, medical malpractice, first party, and construction defect cases.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree from George Williams College in Downers Grove, Illinois.  She earned the certificate of completion from the Lawyer’s Assistant Program at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois.  She received her CP (Certified Paralegal) designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants in January 1998, and her ACP (Advanced Certified Paralegal) designation (emphasis in litigation) in May 2001.  She is currently working as a litigation paralegal at Nexsen Pruet, LLC, in Charleston, South Carolina.  She has worked extensively with various South Carolina paralegal associations, serving on boards as well as on committees.
