Bryan F. Jurkofsky

Bryan F. Jurkofsky began his law enforcement career with the Montgomery Police Department in 1994, rising through the ranks from an officer, to Chief of Staff, to Deputy Chief of Police. In January 2016, Bryan retired and was appointed as the Director of the Alabama Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission’s Law Enforcement Academy Tuscaloosa and later as the Chief of Staff of the Commission. In August 2018, Bryan joined the faculty at Faulkner University as the Director of the Bachelor of Criminal Justice Program and Assistant Professor in the Criminal Justice and Legal Studies Department. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice and Public Safety and a Master of Science in Justice and Public Safety Administration from Auburn University Montgomery. He is a graduate of the 250th Session of the FBI National Academy.
