In this session, we will discuss facts and helpful information about stress, primarily in the workplace, and how it affects us.  We will identify the symptoms of stress and how stress can carry over into our personal lives.

The session will end with simple yoga or other relaxation techniques to help with relieving the effects of stress. Some techniques can be used while sitting in your office.  

Audience participation is encouraged.
