Justice and the Fifth Amendment

This session will explore whether the Fifth Amendment prohibits justice from being served. Specifically, the session will focus on the Fifth Amendment, including Double Jeopardy, the Self-Incrimination Clause, and Due Process. There will be an analysis on Fifth Amendment protections for the accused, and a discussion on whether we have too many Constitutional protections for the accused. Furthermore, we will explore Eminent Domain and why it is too much power given to the government.
