Job Summary: 

The Lynn Law Firm, LLC, an established boutique estate planning firm located in Central St. Louis County, is growing. We are seeking a polished professional Trusts and Estates paralegal with an eye for detail. This can be a full-time or part-time position, depending on the experience level of the right candidate. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements or Qualifications: 


  • At least 3 (preferably 5 or more) years of experience with general Trusts and Estates/Probate work, preferably at a law firm (equivalent experience in banking, trust, accounting or financial advisory firms will be considered).
  • Knowledge and experience in at least three (3) of the following areas: Probate and Estate Administration; Trust funding; Trust Administration; Deed preparation; Estate and Gift Tax Return preparation (Forms 706 and 709); and Fiduciary Income Tax Return preparation (Form 1041).
  • Very high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with an cloud-based firm management system, such as Clio, Zola, My Case, etc. preferred.
  • Experience with GEMS or other tax return preparation software a plus.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with clients, financial advisors and accountants.
  • Work well with systems, procedures and checklists.
  • Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare polished and visually pleasing work product.
  • Embrace new technologies.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor. Firm dress code is business casual.
  • High ethical standard with a strong understanding of client and firm confidentiality.
