Responsibilities:
    You will participate in all aspects of transactional matters, including:

  • Draft contracts and documents, including closing documents
  • Organize and update status charts for deal flow and manage transactional calendars
  • Perform due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions
  • Review title commitments, surveys, and leases
  • Prepare financial analysis statements for transactions
  • Monitor and update program for deal flow and manage transactional calendar
  • Perform general corporate work such as entity formation, annual filings, and drafting resolutions 

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience supporting commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
  • You must possess sound analytical and critical thinking abilities upon which advanced skills could be developed with additional time and experience
  • You must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and administrative skills, including performing duties accurately and in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • You must have strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and time management skills
  • You must have advanced skills with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly master a variety of software platforms 
  • **Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
