We are looking for a Paralegal with at least 6+ months of expereience drafting contracts! If you are ready to work for an organizaiton that truly makes an impact read on. This position will Serve as paralegal for HSG and the Patient Pathways services group and field for Hospital Services Agreements, Patient Pathways agreements and amendments, acute medical director agreements, including, as necessary, drafting and negotiating complex agreements and amendments with outside parties. Maintain system to track agreements in all stages of negotiation/signing, and send all executed agreements to central filing system and maintenance of local hard copy files. Daily communication and interaction with legal and operations teammates, compliance department, accounts receivable, clinical teammates and external parties relating to ongoing contracting matters and program issues

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned include, but are not limited to:

  • Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
  • Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
  • Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position
Requirements or Qualifications: 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and Certificate in Paralegal Studies required; Previous experience as corporate paralegal and experience drafting and negotiating contracts required; Computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
