Local legal support firm in Downtown Knoxville looking to add a detail-oriented, organized, tech-savvy and hard-working person to manage a variety of office duties.  This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, generally 8:30am-5pm but some flexibility would be useful. 

Requirements or Qualifications: 

General Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phones and offering great customer service.
  • Scheduling/calendaring meetings.
  • Managing client emails.
  • Coordinating and communicating meeting details to support staff.
  • Managing, scheduling and operating video conference technology.
  • Invoicing services.
  • Document scanning, organizing, printing, binding duties.
  • Hosting clients in office; tend to guests waiting at the lobby/entrance
  • Deliveries to Downtown Knoxville law firms.
  • Provide assistance to team of reporters.
  • Perform office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, filing duties, etc.)
  • This role requires a lot of attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Printers/Copiers, Adobe Acrobat, and the willingness to learn new software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently.
  • We are a small company, so you will be expected to wear many hats and be flexible.
  • Able to work from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. 
  • Previous office experience or legal background experience strongly preferred.
