Job Summary: 

The Member Relations Manager directs the design, planning and implementation of the Law Tigers Intake process for all member law firms, in alignment with the objectives and strategy of the Law Tigers brand.  Develops strong relationships with member law firms while driving value, adoption, and integration of the Law Tigers intake practices.  This role will also provide continuing support in the areas of client relations and case conversion. 
Basic Duties

  • Establish member law firm intake program benchmarks and recommend improvements; develop standards for reporting, accountability, and measuring success; and make program development recommendations.
  • Advise member law firms on best practices for intake procedures and participates in the onboarding and launch of new markets, establishing Law Tigers intake best practices.
  • Coach and monitor member law firm employees on intake and case management practices to increase conversion and legal fees.
  • Develop and implement a funnel report for intakes / inquiry by source to eventual status / resolution.
  • Analyze intake reports for the purpose of improving training implementation and performance.
  • Monitor and report on communications and intakes, to track performance and proactively identify and communicate any intake issues.
  • Work closely with Public Relations Manager to develop and implement client appreciation and inquiry initiatives, specifically around messaging and deliverables for potential new clients / rejected clients / completed cases.
  • Work with member law firms to establish and implement client review guidelines and procedures, with the objective of increasing positive reviews on Google My Business and other platforms.
  • Review complaints regarding intake and case services, and develops and implement practices to reestablish goodwill / PR.
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve sign up rate, and report back to marketing on ways to improve case want rate / drive more valuable inquiries.
  • Collaborate with content manager to develop ongoing communication and training for member law firms. 
Requirements or Qualifications: 
  • College Degree Strongly Preferred
  • 3-5 years of related work experience, ideally with a legal/professional services firm
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows-based systems, Excel, presentation software, CRMs and Reporting
  • Willing to travel as needed for training sessions (Requires up to 70 days of travel/year) 
  • Ability to work independently and under own direction and initiative
  • xcellent communication skills, professional appearance, positive attitude toward work
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate projects and deliver results.
