Requirements or Qualifications: 

2-3+ years of defense litigation experience
Excellent proofreading and transcription skills
Typing speed of 65 wpm or higher 
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe. 
Experience with document management software is a plus 

Responsibilities include: 
Preparation of correspondence and pleadings 
Maintaining electronic files database 
Calendaring/docketing case related deadlines 
Processing mail 
Submitting federal and state court filing

My client's Legal Assistants do non-billable Paralegal work. It’s great for a Paralegal who likes what they do, but doesn’t want to have to keep track of their billable hours and time anymore. In this position you would be in charge of all non-billable administrative Paralegal tasks.
