What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Legal team on a variety of compliance-related projects, including Board of Directors (BOD) preparation, global trade compliance, various investigations, data privacy, training and committee preparation
  • Compose/run periodic and ad hoc compliance reports
  • Prepare compliance reports for presentation, maintain and update various compliance databases, and update compliance training records
  • Provide paralegal support on global data privacy compliance along with overall paralegal support to the broader compliance team
  • Maintain the responsibility of intake, management and disposition of complaints to the Ethics and Compliance hotline; provide support to program directors and investigators
  • Analyze/assess efficiency of investigations and report findings to CCO
  • Prioritize regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame
