Click this link to review the CLE credits recorded on your account. This information includes the expiration date of your certificate, the total credits awarded, as well as the credits that are classified as non-substantive credits, and ethics. This information is updated every 24-48 hours during the business week.

Limited Practice Rule for Nonlawyers Approved June 15
June 15, 2012 Washington Supreme Court Order #25700-A-1005
Consistent with GR 25 (the Supreme Court rule establishing the Practice of Law Board), the rule establishes a framework for the licensing and regulation of non-attorneys to engage in discrete activities that currently fall within the definition of the "practice of law" (as defined by GR 24) and which are currently subject to exclusive regulation and oversight by this Court. The rule itself authorizes no one to practice. It simply establishes the regulatory framework for the consideration of proposals to allow non-attorneys to practice.

- Applying for the Exam and Form Requirements
This page lists the eligibility requirements for the Certified Paralegal examination, fees, deadline dates, and documentation required. This also states the examinee attestation required of all making application for the exam.

This page lists general policies for examinees, including the retake policy, appeal process if the application form is declined, and the policy regarding cheating and misconduct in the Certified Paralegal program.

- Testing Center Options
There are two options for testing centers. One is through the PSI network of testing centers, and another is through schools and employers. This page describes these options.
- PSI Testing Center Network and Appointments
The PSI testing center network includes centers owned by PSI and those authorized by PSI. This page describes the centers available, the PSI policies related to examinees, fees, and other rules and policies.
- NON-PSI Testing Centers
Many testing centers that are established by NALA are open to the public. This list is current for each testing window. Check this often, there may be a center in your area.
