United States is currently seeking a full-time Business and Finance and Estate Planning
Paralegal. The individual who fills the position will assist attorneys with corporate and
securities matters, corporation and limited liability company formation and annual
filings, mergers and acquisitions, closing documents, and uniform commercial code
filings. The individual will also work assisting attorneys with trust, estate planning,
corporate, and probate matters.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience required. A 4-year degree and paralegal certificate
from well-accredited paralegal training program required. Snell & Wilmer offers a
