The individual who fills this position will work assisting attorneys with, guardianships/conservatorships, estate planning, corporate, and probate matters.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in tax, employee benefits, and/or estate planning. A 4-year degree and paralegal certificate from well-accredited paralegal training program required.
