I am currently enrolled in the trial and litigation preparation, and I have two questions that have arisen in my mind concerning the first three modules.

Module 1 Question:

Have there been any emendations to the Federal Rules of Evidence and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, since 1 February 2008, which, is the cutoff for material included in the Texas Rules of Court: Federal?

Module 2 Question:

To what extent if any has the Daubert Standard regarding expert testimony affected the older Frye Standard?

Module 3 Question:

As person with cerebral palsy my ability to type rapidly is somewhat diminished by my disability. I am curious to inquire as to the effectiveness of voice recognition software especially when used in conjunction with word processing software?[font=Arial]
