Hello,

I am just starting to begin to study for the CLA Exam. I have most of the reference books and was wondering what good tips anyone can give me to prepare for the long haul of studying. I graduated in May 2007 with an Associates of Applied Science Legal Assistant Degree (ABA certified program), and am now ready for the next step. I know this will require a lot of my time, but hopefully once I start my own set plan I can reach my goal to be a CLA by next year some time. Although I am excited to get started, I know that getting organized and setting my own study plan is important, and hopefully someone can give me some great suggestions before I get started. This is a big challenge for me, but since I will be studying on my own, I wanted as many suggestions as possible before getting started. I'm hoping that I will be ready to take the exam at the beginning of next year. Thanks and I appreciate any assistance offered.
