Hello,

I am a new member of NALA and currently searching for a paralegal job in the Southern California area, Orange County, Long Beach or Los Angeles. My experience as a Paralegal mainly consists of Corporate and Business work and I obtained an ABA Paralegal Certificate from University of California Irvine.

I have several years experience as Paralegal and Business Assistant, specializing in entity formation, foreign qualifications, corporate registrations, and business related research in all 50 states. I am familiar with documents related to Corporate and Business Law, Records Compliance, General Litigation.

Although I would like to find a full-time job, I am open to freelance or contract work if you know someone who needs assistance with corporate registrations or foreign qualifications, etc... (see attachment).

Please let me know if you have any suggestions or leads.
