To file under this category, complete the
application form and submit it with:
- an official school transcript showing date of completion of program
A completed application consists of the following:
- application form
(which includes all examinee data and examinee attestation)
- official school transcript
- fees
This must be received by NALA Headquarters by the application
deadline date to avoid late filing charges.

If an applicant has completed the required course work and fees
required by the school, but graduation and transcripts cannot be
received until after the exam date, there is an option. The
Certifying Board has determined that paralegals may take the exam
before an eligibility requirement is met, under certain
circumstances.
