| The 2008 Annual Educational Programs have been approved for paralegal CLE credit as follows: | |||||
| NALA Certifying Board: CLE credit toward maintaining the CLA/CP credential awarded for attendance of morning educational sessions only. Maximum credit: 13 hours. | |||||
| State Bar of California: Under section 9 of the MCLE Rules and Regulations, NALA is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider (Number 10856) for paralegals and attorneys. | |||||
| Florida: This seminar meets the Continuing Education requirements for Florida Registered Paralegals as set forth in Rule 20-6.1 of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar. | |||||
| Montana State Bar: Accredited Sponsor Status has been awarded to NALA for attorney and paralegal CLE. | |||||
| North Carolina State Bar Board of Paralegal Certification: This program has been approved by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Paralegal Certification for continuing paralegal education credit in the amount of 12.0 general hours, and 1.5 ethics. | |||||
| Texas Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of Texas: This course has been approved by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for certification and recertification continuing legal education for paralegals and legal assistants. Approved hours are: 10.5 in Civil Trial Law, Personal Injury Trial Law, Family Law and Criminal Law. | |||||
